exceeded expectations. clean, comfortable room with hot/cold shower, TV, mini ref, and balcony. Friendly staff allowed us to leave luggage until 5 pm. Great location away from tourist areas, but still walking distance to old city or quick tuk-tuk. Value for money.

The guestrooms at Chiang Mai Tree Hostel are awesome! I stayed in a double room with a fan, and it was just perfect. The room had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The shower in the private bathroom was refreshing, and the free WiFi was a bonus. I felt so comfortable and at ease during my stay, it was like a home away from home.
One thing that I personally didn't fancy about the room was the tile/marble floor. But hey, that's just my preference.

Fridge, microwave, toiletries, wardrobe with hangers. Good location for motorbike. Painted flowers on walls. Full-length mirrors in hallways. Quiet lane near Walking Street markets, local canal street food/market, and Pub street. Friendly staff. Constant maintenance work during the day, no noise or disruptions.
